Wraparound is our Before and After School Club Provision at White Hall Academy
Breakfast Club is from 7.30am to 8.30am
Cost: £1.50 per day per child
The children will receive a toast or cereal breakfast with juice. Staff will then supervise play and activities before delivering the children to their class for the start of the school day.
After school Club is from 3.05pm to 6.00pm
Cost: £8.00 per day per child
The children will be collected from their classroom and taken to the main hall. They will receive a snack before taking part in supervised play and activities.
Collection between 3.20 pm - 3.45 pm will be charged at a rate of £1.50 per session. Please note that this service should only be used for emergencies, and is not to be used on a daily basis. This will not include a snack or activities.
If you book in for a morning and after school session the total cost for the day will be £9.00.

Places must be paid for in advance via the Arbor App
Important information
Please be aware in line with our Wraparound Policy, we are unable to refund or change any booked sessions that are not used and have not been cancelled within 24 hours of booking the required session.
If you wish to cancel or amend a session please email finance@whitehall.academy to avoid unnecessary charges.
We always ensure that the children are supervised within strict ratios and this will then also avoid staff being available when children have not been present for a session.
Free breakfast Club
Arrival between 8.05 - 8.15 am - places have to be booked a week inadvance via Arbor.
Bookings cannot be made via the school office.
